Lab in a Window offers online laboratory experiences for education.

Lab in a Window services are supported by our Online Laboratory Managament System that implements the novel architecture "Smart Adaptive Remote Laboratories" SARL.

Lab in a Window provides the students individualized lab experiences by manually or automatically adapting the lab experiment activities according to the student's current level of knowledge and experience and/or teacher parameters.

Lab in a Window uses the student profile and academic information to adapt the activites and complexity of the experiments.

Online laboratories are flexible and easy to access.

Online Laboratories solve some of the problems with physical laboratories, such as availability of equipment and maintenance and upgrade costs.

Online laboratories can be used by Universities and Colleges that offer Engineering Programs in a face to face, blended or totally online formats.

Additionally they can be used as part of Massive Open Online Courses MOOCs courses or e-learning materials such as E-books, or SCORM lessons.

Our platform is currently running 8 online laboratories at Florida Atlantic University. These labs are in compliance with the standard IEEE P1876 - Networked Smart Learning Objects for Online Laboratories .
